Yoga has been an integral part of my own healing journey. It taught me how to come back to my body with compassion, how to breathe through discomfort, and how to listen inwardly — lessons that now deeply inform how I show up in my life, especially as a therapist. The mind-body connection is powerful, and I often integrate elements of yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness into the therapeutic process when it feels supportive.
