Virtual Therapy
I work with individuals, couples, and families through a mind-body, whole-person lens. Your nervous system, emotions, and physical sensations hold deep wisdom about how you’ve learned to adapt and protect yourself. Together, we’ll gently tune into your body’s signals while also exploring the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may no longer serve you. By bringing awareness to these patterns, we can begin to release what’s been keeping you stuck and make space for new ways of being.
For couples and families, this approach helps uncover the deeper emotional and physiological patterns that shape connection. By slowing down and attuning to each person’s inner experience, we create a space of safety where understanding and empathy can grow. From that place, healing relationships and restoring trust become possible. This work is about coming home to yourself - and to the people you love - with greater presence, balance, and ease.
I’m currently offering virtual therapy session only.

Workshops
I also offer engaging, accessible workshops designed for professionals, educators, caregivers, and community members who want to build skills in compassionate, trauma-informed care.
These interactive sessions cover important topics such as trauma-informed practices, suicide prevention, and affirming LGBTQ+ identities. Each workshop provides practical tools, real-world examples, and space for open discussion - creating a supportive environment where participants can grow their confidence and deepen their understanding.
My approach emphasizes collaboration and self-awareness, helping you bring more empathy, inclusion, and responsiveness into your work and daily interactions. Whether you’re supporting clients, students, or loved ones, these workshops aim to equip you with the knowledge and skills to foster safer, more healing-centered spaces.
