Virtual Therapy
I work with individuals, couples, and families through a mind-body, whole-person lens. Your nervous system, emotions, and physical sensations hold deep wisdom about how you’ve learned to adapt and protect yourself. Together, we’ll gently tune into your body’s signals while also exploring the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may no longer serve you. By bringing awareness to these patterns, we can begin to release what’s been keeping you stuck and make space for new ways of being.
For couples and families, this approach helps uncover the deeper emotional and physiological patterns that shape connection. By slowing down and attuning to each person’s inner experience, we create a space of safety where understanding and empathy can grow. From that place, healing relationships and restoring trust become possible.

Yoga
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness, yoga sessions support resilience, deepen self-trust, and help you move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and ease. This offering is also rooted in lived experience. Yoga became a steady anchor for me during experiences with anxiety and postpartum depression, offering a way back to presence and steadiness during times of overwhelm and disconnection. Research continues to show that yoga can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, support emotional regulation, calm the nervous system, and strengthen the mind-body connection.
Whether integrated into therapy or offered as a standalone service, these sessions are designed to be accessible, supportive, and attuned to your unique needs, with the intention of helping you feel more grounded, connected, and at home within yourself.
